Delivery and shipping costs
We ship by courier within Poland and to all European Union countries. The price applies to one parcel and includes packing. VAT is added in accordance with applicable law; for intra-Community supplies to a company with a valid EU VAT number the rate is 0%.
Price per parcel (net)
Delivery time
On top of the order lead time (up to 5 working days) comes the DPD courier delivery time: 1–2 working days within Poland; 2–3 working days to nearer countries (Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden); 3–5 working days to more distant countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain); 6–8 working days to Greece. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier.
How many parcels, and when a pallet
The number of parcels depends on the size and type of the order — we state it in the quote together with the delivery cost. Larger orders can be shipped on a pallet; we quote pallet delivery individually.
Cyprus and Malta
We also ship to Cyprus and Malta by courier — we state the delivery cost for these countries in the quote.
Worldwide — by air or sea
Outside the European Union we ship by air or sea for orders from €3,000 net. We quote the cost of transport and customs clearance individually.
