This translation is provided for convenience; the Polish version is binding.

Version 1.2 — effective from 06.11.2026 · version 1.1: 24.10.2026 · version 1.0: 12.07.2026

§ 1. General provisions

1. These terms of use (hereinafter: the “Terms of Use”) set out the rules for using the website available at dekoprintpro.com (hereinafter: the “Website”) and the rules under which the Operator provides services by electronic means, in accordance with Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means.

2. The owner and operator of the Website is P.P.H.U. DEOZE Sebastian Pietrzak with its registered office in Pabianice, ul. gen. Stefana „Grota" Roweckiego 8a, 95-200 Pabianice, Poland, VAT ID: PL7311938864, REGON: 100696122, BDO: 000112987 (hereinafter: the “Operator”).

3. Contact with the Operator: tel. +48 796 111 555 (Mon–Fri 7am–3pm Polish time), email: sales@dekoprintpro.com.

4. The Website is a product catalogue aimed at businesses (B2B) and serves to present the Operator's offer and to establish commercial contact. The Website is not an online shop — it does not allow orders to be placed, payments to be made or distance sales contracts to be concluded.

5. The Website is addressed exclusively to persons using it in connection with their business or professional activity. Consumer protection provisions (including the right to withdraw from a distance contract) do not apply, because the Website does not conclude contracts with consumers, subject to paragraph 6.

6. Where a natural person concludes a contract with the Operator that is directly connected with their business activity, and the content of the contract shows that it is not of a professional nature for that person (in particular as arising from the subject of the business activity disclosed in CEIDG, the Polish business register), consumer protection provisions apply to the extent specified in Article 385⁵ of the Polish Civil Code and Articles 7aa and 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the User's specifications or serving to meet the User's individual needs, including personalised products (Article 38(1)(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act).

7. Sales contracts concluded by the Operator with businesses on the basis of a quote (by email or telephone) are governed by the General Terms of Sale (B2B) available at dekoprintpro.com/ows.

§ 2. Definitions

In these Terms of Use, the following terms have the meanings given below:

a) Operator — P.P.H.U. DEOZE Sebastian Pietrzak, as identified in § 1(2);

b) Website — the website available at dekoprintpro.com, including its subpages;

c) User — a business (a natural person carrying on business activity, a legal person or an organisational unit) or a person acting on its behalf, using the Website;

d) Form — the contact form available on the Website, which allows a Quote Request to be sent;

e) Quote Request — a message from the User sent via the Form or another contact channel concerning the terms of purchase of products presented on the Website;

f) Electronic Services — the services provided by the Operator by electronic means, described in § 4.

§ 3. Nature of the information presented

1. The products, photographs and descriptions presented on the Website are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract (Article 71 of the Polish Civil Code).

2. The PRO net prices and delivery costs stated on the Website are for information only. The quote provided after contact has been made via the Form, by email or by telephone, specifying the price, quantity, lead time and delivery cost, is binding.

3. Some products can be personalised (engraving of a logo, dedication, date or custom text). The scope and method of personalisation are agreed individually, and the graphic design is submitted to the User for approval before production begins.

4. The Operator reserves the right to change the range of products presented on the Website at any time.

§ 4. Services provided by electronic means

1. The Operator provides the following Electronic Services free of charge:

a) browsing the Website — access to the catalogue content without registration;

b) Contact Form — for sending a Quote Request. The technical delivery of messages from the Form to the Operator's mailbox is handled by an external provider (Web3Forms); the rules for data processing are described in the Privacy Policy;

c) requesting a telephone call (callback) — a widget that allows a telephone number to be left so that the Operator can call back, operated by an external provider (CallPage / JustCall).

2. The contract for the provision of an Electronic Service of a continuous nature (browsing the Website) is concluded when the Website is entered and terminates when it is left. The contract concerning the Form or the callback is concluded when the function in question is used and terminates when a reply to the Quote Request is given or when use of that function ceases.

3. Use of the Electronic Services is voluntary and free of charge.

§ 5. Technical requirements and risks

1. To use the Website, the following are required: a device with internet access, an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled and — when using the Form — an active email address.

2. The Website uses cookies and similar technologies on the terms described in the Privacy Policy.

3. In accordance with Article 6 point 1 of the Polish Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means, the Operator informs Users that the use of services provided by electronic means may involve typical internet risks, such as malicious software, attempts at unauthorised access to data, phishing or interception of data transmitted over the network. To reduce these risks, the User should use up-to-date antivirus software and the current version of the browser. The Operator uses connection encryption (HTTPS protocol).

§ 6. Rules for using the Website

1. The User must use the Website in accordance with the law, accepted standards of conduct and these Terms of Use.

2. The User must not provide unlawful content, in particular by sending such content via the Form, or take any action that disrupts the operation of the Website.

3. A User who submits materials for personalisation (including logos) declares that they are entitled to use them and that their use for the purpose of fulfilling the order does not infringe the rights of third parties.

§ 7. Quote Request and conclusion of the contract

1. Sending a Quote Request via the Form or another channel does not constitute placing an order or concluding a sales contract, but an invitation to the Operator to present commercial terms.

2. In response to the Quote Request, the Operator presents individual terms (products, wholesale prices, scope of personalisation, lead time, cost and method of delivery).

3. The sales contract is concluded outside the Website — through commercial arrangements (email correspondence, telephone contact), once the Parties have accepted the terms and — for personalised products — the graphic design. These contracts are governed by the General Terms of Sale (B2B) and the provisions of the Polish Civil Code on transactions between businesses.

§ 8. Intellectual property

1. All content published on the Website, including product photographs, descriptions, logos and graphic layout, is subject to the rights of the Operator or entities cooperating with it and is protected by law.

2. Copying, distributing or using the content of the Website for commercial purposes without the Operator's consent is prohibited. Authorised distributors may receive product materials on separately agreed terms.

3. The automated downloading, copying or processing of the content and data of the Website (in particular photographs, descriptions, product data and the catalogue structure) by means of robots, scripts, scrapers or other automated tools, as well as the bulk downloading of resources, the making of copies or the reproduction of the Website's database, is prohibited without the Operator's prior written consent. This does not apply to indexing by internet search engines and services that comply with the rules set out in the robots.txt file. The catalogue database is protected under the Polish Database Protection Act and copyright law.

4. © P.P.H.U. DEOZE Sebastian Pietrzak. All rights reserved. Breach of the above rules may result in civil liability and a report to the relevant entities (including the infringer's hosting provider and search engines).

§ 9. Liability

1. The Operator takes care to keep the information on the Website up to date and reliable, but does not guarantee that it fully reflects the actual situation at all times (e.g. product availability).

2. The Operator is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Website caused by technical reasons beyond the Operator's control, maintenance work or force majeure, nor for the operation of external tools and widgets embedded in the Website.

3. The actual appearance of products may differ slightly from the photographs presented on the Website, in particular because of the User's display settings and the handcrafted nature of some products.

§ 10. Complaints about the operation of the Website

1. Complaints about the functioning of the Website and the Electronic Services may be submitted by email to: sales@dekoprintpro.com.

2. A complaint should contain a description of the problem reported and contact details that allow a reply to be given.

3. The Operator deals with complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies to the email address from which the complaint was sent. Complaints about fulfilled orders are dealt with on the terms set out in the General Terms of Sale (B2B) and in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Civil Code.

§ 11. Personal data

The rules for processing the personal data of Users of the Website, including information on the controller, purposes, recipients and the rights of data subjects, are set out in the Privacy policy.

§ 12. Final provisions

1. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use for important reasons (e.g. a change in the law, in the scope of the Electronic Services or in the Operator's details). Amendments take effect when the new version is published on the Website; services already begun are governed by the version in force when use began.

2. Matters not governed by these Terms of Use are subject to the provisions of Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Polish Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means.

3. Any disputes arising in connection with the use of the Website by businesses will be resolved by the court having local jurisdiction over the Operator's registered office.

4. The current version of the Terms of Use is always available at dekoprintpro.com/regulamin.
