Who is behind it

The company is run by Sebastian Pietrzak (P.P.H.U. DEOZE). We are not an anonymous middleman or a software house — we are a registered manufacturing company from Pabianice that has specialised in engraving and gift personalisation since 2009. We select the materials, prepare the engraving designs and engrave them ourselves, so we are responsible for quality at every stage.

Both brands belong to the same company — P.P.H.U. DEOZE Sebastian Pietrzak (VAT ID PL7311938864). They differ in audience and pricing: Dekoprint.pl is a retail shop (B2C) with gross prices for individual customers, while Dekoprint PRO (dekoprintpro.com) is the wholesale channel (B2B) for companies, institutions and resellers — with PRO net prices, a minimum order of 5 pcs and a VAT invoice. You will find the same product in both places: on dekoprintpro.com at the net wholesale price, on dekoprint.pl at the gross retail price.

How your gift is made

  1. Selection and quoteYou add products and quantities to your inquiry (or write / call). We send a wholesale quote and the lead time.
  2. Engraving designWe prepare a visualisation of the engraving — logo, text, date or dedication — for your approval.
  3. ProductionOnce the design is approved, we engrave and assemble the order on our own equipment.
  4. Inspection and shippingWe check every piece and ship it by courier (PLN 25 net per parcel), lead time 1–2 working days without engraving, 2–5 working days with engraving.
