How to choose an award for an employee
A good award is clearly an award and lasting. Statuettes and crystals work well for a work anniversary, promotion, competition or year-end review because they stay on a desk or in a display cabinet for years. The height and weight of the piece raise the status of the distinction — for the most important occasions choose more impressive crystals, and for awards for many people identical statuettes from one series.
The engraving should include the name, position, years of service or achievement and your company logo — personalisation makes the award feel personal rather than like a gadget. Each piece can have different text, which is convenient for work anniversaries. You approve the design before production; minimum order 5 pieces, VAT invoice, shipping from PLN 25 net per parcel.
