Gifts for conferences and trade fairs — a practical brief
Two categories work well at events: gifts for speakers and VIPs (a more impressive engraved crystal or statuette, presented in person) and smaller keepsakes for participants. Engraving the event or company logo means the item stays with the guest after the conference and genuinely recalls the brand, unlike disposable materials.
For events what counts is timing and repeatability — that is why we agree the quantity and form in advance, and you approve the design before production. We can prepare a consistent series within one budget and several gift levels (VIP / speaker / participant). PRO net prices, minimum order 5 pieces, lead time up to 5 working days for larger quantities, VAT invoice.
