Gifts and statuettes for institutions — how to order
Institutions, public offices, universities and organisations usually order repeatedly and with formalities: for conferences, anniversaries, competitions, ceremonies and thank-you gifts. We issue a VAT invoice, agree the terms by e-mail and phone, and for recurring orders we help you keep one consistent design across successive editions of the event.
On the products we engrave the logo, emblem, institution name, date and dedication. For a larger number of awards we choose one series and vary only the engraved text (category, name, year). We always present the design for approval before production. Minimum order 5 pieces, lead time up to 5 working days for larger runs, shipping from PLN 25 net per parcel.

Do you issue invoices to public-sector bodies?
Yes — we are a registered company (DEOZE, VAT ID PL7311938864) and issue VAT invoices, including to public offices, schools, the military and courts.
Can you engrave our company logo?
Yes. We engrave logos, company names, your own text or dedications. Before production we prepare a design for your approval.
Will I get a design for approval before production?
Yes — we first prepare an engraving visualisation and start production only after you approve it.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The minimum order is 5 pieces.
How fast do you deliver?
Without engraving 1–2 working days, with engraving 2–5 working days (depending on volume). We confirm the exact date with the quote.
How much does delivery cost?
Courier shipping costs PLN 25 net per parcel within Poland and from PLN 39 to PLN 109 net per parcel to other European Union countries, depending on the country. The price includes packing. We state the number of parcels in the quote; larger orders can be shipped on a pallet. Outside the EU we ship by air or sea for orders from €3,000 net.
Do you ship to companies in other EU countries?
Yes. We ship by courier to companies and institutions in all European Union countries — from PLN 39 to PLN 109 net per parcel, depending on the country (price list on the Delivery page). We invoice in PLN, EUR or USD. Companies with a valid EU VAT number (we check it in the VIES system) receive an invoice at the 0% VAT rate — intra-Community supply of goods.
